Developing healthy habits can significantly improve the quality of your sleep. Here are some tips for promoting a good night’s sleep:

  1. Stick to a sleep schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, yep, even on weekends! This helps regulate your body’s internal clock and can improve the quality of your sleep over time.
  2. Create a bedtime routine: Establishing a relaxing routine before bed can signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. This might include activities like reading, gentle stretching or taking a warm bath.
  3. Create a comfortable sleep environment: Make sure your bedroom is conducive to sleep by keeping it dark, quiet and cool. Consider using blackout curtains or blinds, earplugs or a white noise machine.
